美国尼科NICO进口耐酸碱液下泵耐酸碱立式泵的使用范围非常广泛，如蚀刻线、废水处理设备、洗涤塔、高温或内含结晶之化学液体、化学搅拌槽或反应槽内之各类液体循环输送作业，亦可作为热交换循环使用及配合过滤器之过滤操作。槽外及槽内都可用，使用最广。进口耐酸碱液下泵所有与介质接触的部分全部包有氟塑料合金，下护套采用优质碳化硅制造，具有耐磨、耐腐蚀等优点，而且泵体、叶轮部分浸没在液体里，故占用较小面积，轴封无泄漏现象。进口耐酸碱液下泵的转向应按泵所指方向起动，不能反转运行，起动时泵体必须淹没在液体中，液位高度必需高于叶轮中央线以上180mm。

1.泵浦本体所采用FRPP、CFRPP、CPVC及PVDF材质，具有耐高温耐腐蚀之特性。
2.干式液封，可确保防止马达及轴承被化学气体侵蚀，延长马达及泵浦之使用寿命。
3.适用于蚀刻清洗设备、废气洗涤塔、冷却循环及搭配过滤器使用。
4.泵浦可无水空运转使用，绝不会损坏。
5.用于高腐蚀性药液及环境下，建议另选购钛金属螺丝。马达另选购经环氧树脂涂层处理的。增强耐腐蚀性及使用寿命。
