
进口立式多级泵为立式多级多节段式结构。螺杆把进水段、中段、出水段夹紧联成一体。美国尼科NICO进口立式多级泵每一级装一个叶轮、一个导水叶。轴向力采用水力平衡法解决,残余轴向力由球轴轴承承受,用油脂润滑。轴封采用软填料或机械密封。产品主要供吸送稀释的、清洁的、不腐蚀的、不爆炸的清水及物理化学性质类似水的不含固体颗粒或纤维的液体。进口立式多级泵适用范围:广泛应用于高层建筑的消防、生活供水以及空调机组循环、冷却水输送。

1. 安装前检査水泵和电机的完好惰况.
2. 泵安装位置应尽可能靠近水源处
3. 泵与底座安装有两种方式,一种是直接装在水泥基础上的刚性连接,另一种是采用JGD型减振器安装的柔性连接,具体方法见安装示意图所示.
4. 直接安装可将泵安放在基础上垫高30-40毫米(准备充填水泥浆之用).然后进行校正,并穿好地脚螺栓,充填水泥砂浆,经3~5天水泥干涸后.重新校正,待水泥完全干涸后,拧紧地脚螺栓的螺母.
5. 安装管路吋,逬、出水管路都应有各自的支承,不应使泵的法兰承受过大的管路重量.
6. 泵用于有吸程场合,进水管端应装有底闼.并且进出口管路不应有过多弯道.同时不得有漏水.漏气现象存在.
7. 在逬口管路上最好装有过滤网,以防杂质进入叶轮内部.滤网的有效面积应是进水管面积的3~4倍,以保证液体的自由畅通
8. 为了维护和使用方便安全,在泵的进.出口管路上各安装一只调节阀及在泵出口附近安装一只压力表.以保证泵在额定范围内运行,确保泵的正常运行和使用寿命
9.逬口如需扩径连接,请选用偏心异径管遒接头
10、安装时管路重量不不应承受在泵上,否则易损环水泵;
11、泵瑟电机是整体结构,出厂时已由厂家校正,所以安装时无需调整,因此安装时十分方便;
12、安装水泵前应仔细检查泵流道内有无影响水泵运行的硬质物,(如石块、铁砂等)以免水泵运行时损还过流部件;
13、安装进必须拧紧地脚螺栓,且每间隔一事实上时段应对泵过行检查防止其松动,以免水泵起动时发生剧烈振动而影响的性能;
14、为了维修方便和使用安全,在泵的进出口管路上安装一只调节阀及在泵进出口附近安装一只压力表,对于高扬程,为了防止水锤,还
应在出口闸阀前安装一只止回阀以应付突然断电等失去动力事故,从而确保水泵在工况下运行,增长水泵的使用寿命;
15、泵用于有吸程场合,应装有底阀,并且进口管路不应有过多弯道,同时不得有漏水、漏气现象,以免影响水泵的吸入性能;
16、为不使杂质进入泵内而堵塞流道影响性能,应在泵进口前面安装过滤器;
17、安装管路前转动水泵的转子部件,应无磨擦声或卡死现象,否则应将泵拆开检查原因。
