一、进口保温齿轮泵产品概述

美国尼科NICO进口保温齿轮泵是为输送常温下变稠、凝固或结晶而维持温度又容易流动的介质而设计的,如沥青、石蜡、松香、重油、树脂及性质类似的液体,温度不高于350度,进口保温齿轮泵的泵体设有空心夹层,并设有进出口法兰,可用于导热油、蒸气、热水、等媒体对输送的液体和泵,进口保温齿轮泵是通过一对相互啮合的齿轮,其中一个是主动齿轮,另外一个是被动齿轮,由主动齿轮带动啮合旋转。齿轮与泵的壳体之间留有较小的间隙。当齿轮旋转时,在轮齿逐渐脱离啮合的吸液腔中,齿间密闭容积增大,形成局部真空,液体在压差作用下吸入吸液室,随着齿轮旋转,液体分两路在齿轮与壳体之间被齿轮推动前进,送到排液腔,在排液腔中两齿轮逐渐啮合,容积减少,齿轮间的液体被挤压至排液口。保温齿轮泵,适用于输送无腐蚀性、不含固体颗粒、在常温下有凝固性的介质.尤其适用于高寒地区室外安装和工艺过程中介质需要保温的场合,介质温度可达250℃、粘度为5~1500cst。保温齿轮泵用于输送重油、沥青、胶类、树脂、洗涤剂等。

三、进口保温齿轮泵的材质按工作温度分为两种

1.类材质HT200适用于输送到200°C以下,

2.类材质Q235适用于输送350°C以下的无腐蚀性,不含固体颗粒的重油,沥青等各类在常温下有凝固怀以及高寒地区室外安装和工艺过程中要求保温的场合。
